At Crabstone Prison- a/k/a The Rockpile- every precaution has been taken to make it escapeproof. But Breakout Barney stows away inside a trash can the guards put out, and proceeds to head to the border. The next morning, Chief Shnooker investigates the scene of the breakout. Lt. Mumbly arrives in his broken-down jalopy to look for clues. Schooker orders Mumbly to bring in Breakout Barney in 24 hours or "turn in your badge!"
