The team decide to construct a bandstand The team decide to construct a bandstand on a dead stretch adjoining busy King Street – a site that is situated right next door to the police station. But it’s the local council who takes them on. Dave has to walk the wire as he fends off a never-ending barrage of officials – both face to face and on the phone. Meanwhile the guerrillas steam ahead – unaware their construction could block a fire engine access lane. This is the hit that created a media storm… a storm that's still brewing.
