Popeye carves his face and Olive Oyl's on a side of the mountain as a gesture to prove his love for her to the world. Olive Oyl wants to go roller skating, but Popeye has never been on wheels. While Popeye struggles to get on the rink floor, Bluto shows off for Olive Oyl.
