Bullwinkle, along with his pal Rocky are in the country of England so Bullwinkle can claim his inherintance. The tatoo on the bottom of his foot: Rue Britannia tells everyone that Bullwinkle's the new Earl of Crankcase, but Crankcase's three nephews: Felcher Crankcase, Belther Crankcase, and Jay are planning to do the moose in. Before Bullwinkle can inherit his 100,000 lb. note, and has to spend one week on inside Abominable Manner. The Crankcase nephews tried a bermies tiger trap, but it didn't work. They tried a spear gun, but that didn't work. They sent 11,000,000 volts into the phone line for Bullwinkle to get shocked, it worked...but in reverse. Now the nephews call on ""The Exterminator"", who is Boris, and his secratary Natasha.
