Piccolo arrives at last, and brimming with confidence, squares off against Freeza. Kuririn is unable to hide his anxiety about Piccolo's bearing. However, Piccolo's assurance is the real deal, and he is able to fight against Freeza without any assistance from Kuririn or Gohan. Upon seeing the incredible power of Piccolo as he fights toe-to-toe against Freeza, the other three begin to find hope.
