Popeye and Olive Oyl are going on a picnic, when they run into a mule blocking the road, Popeye discovers that it's actually an army mule far away from its post. Famous superstar Douglas Darepranks has gone missing alongside all the original copies of his movie. Now, Popeye and Olive Oyl must find these reels before they fall into the hands of the competition.
