In Lincolnshire it's the turn of entrepreneur Sharon Wright - who is bringing to the competition all the tenacity and commitment she applies to her business career. Sharon's repeatedly practised her key dishes of seared scallops, crispy top pork belly, and chocolate praline tart; hoping to impress her guests with three perfectly cooked courses. She has a strict schedule and has thought through her guests' every need. She even gets a gardener round to make sure the garden is in full bloom.
