Scarlett, Daniel, and Corey try to find their way in The Utah County Jail. Daniel makes careless mistakes that could put him in danger, while Scarlett is troubled by a bossy trustee. Corey's sexuality becomes a source of conflict but a new cellmate in Gen Pop offers him acceptance.
